Returning damaged goods or wrong item
All negotiations are between the buyer and the seller. Our advice to all our users is to inspect the work wherever possible to ensure you are both comfortable with the transaction. If a buyer is in any doubt then we advise you not to proceed with the purchase. Please note that the works of art are dispatched by the seller themselves and not through Island of Art
Should you receive the wrong work of art, or if the carefully packaged work of art arrives at your destination damaged you must inform the seller within 7 days of receipt and send copies to ourselves at info@island-of-art.com for our information
You must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of the date of delivery and negotiate a refund of the full amount with the seller. We do not get involved in negotiations or disputes unless absolutely necessary
Replacement of works of art is not usually possible as the majority of work advertised on the Island of Art website are original pieces
